An active role is any position Scout is currently sourcing, screening, or managing candidates for. Once you've filled a role or pause the search, it no longer counts against your limit - and both plans include unlimited active roles anyway.
On Pro, no - no per-hire or success fees. On Pro Plus, a 10% placement fee applies to first-year base salary when you hire a candidate introduced through the vetted talent network. Nothing is owed unless a hire is made.
Pro Plus unlocks Scout's vetted talent network - over 150 million screened profiles that Scout searches alongside your own LinkedIn connections, so roles get filled faster and reach further than your own network.
Because it involves a placement fee, Pro Plus is governed by its own terms and conditions covering fee calculation, invoicing, and what counts as a network-introduced hire. We'll walk you through these directly when you upgrade.
