What Scout is, where it lives, and how it takes a role from job description to booked interviews.
Scout is an AI recruiter that lives in your Slack. You give it a role, it builds a screening interview, reaches out to candidates from your own LinkedIn account, screens the people who reply, and reports back in Slack with a scorecard and a recommendation. You decide who moves forward.
There is a web dashboard for detail, but you never have to open it. Everything on this site can be asked for in a Slack message.
What Scout does
- Turns a job description into a role. Send Scout your careers page, paste a job description, or drop in a PDF. It pulls out the title, location, salary, must-haves and the full description.
- Writes the screening interview. For every role Scout drafts an interview guide, shows you the questions, and lets you take the interview yourself before any candidate sees it.
- Reaches out as you. Once you connect LinkedIn, Scout sends connection requests and messages from your account, in your voice, at a human pace and within limits you set.
- Screens the people who reply. Interested candidates get a short voice interview with Scout, in their language, whenever suits them. Or, for senior roles, Scout collects a CV and hands the decision to you.
- Reports back in Slack. Scorecards, CV reviews, questions it could not answer, and a pipeline digest all land in the channel you choose. One button makes the intro or sends the decline.
