Every plan includes unlimited team members. Anyone with access to your hiring channel can talk to Scout once they are invited and linked.

The owner is whoever created the workspace. Ask Scout or an admin to change someone's role; the owner cannot be changed from the dashboard.

Invite someone

On the dashboard, open Team and use Add a team member: their email and a role, Admin or Member. They receive "You're invited to join {your workspace} on Scout" with a link to accept and set a password. Or ask Scout: "invite tom@acme.com as a member" posts a Confirm card and sends the invite.

Pending invitations are listed with Remind and Revoke. Members have Edit permissions and remove.

Accepting the invite gives someone a Scout login. To talk to Scout in Slack they also link their Slack user, once:

/scout link tom@acme.com
/scout verify 123456

The email must match the one on the invite. Details in Set up Slack.

Who did what

Scout's cards record the person who pressed the button, so "Interested - Ahmer sent the booking link" and "Skipped by Nick" are visible to the whole channel. The Team page also shows recent sessions per member.

One workspace per company

A Slack workspace attaches to one Scout account. If a colleague tries to install Scout into a workspace that is already connected, they are told to ask for an invite instead. Invite them from Team; do not create a second account.
