Privacy and data
What Scout stores, who can see it, the controls you have, and who to contact.
Your roles, candidates and screening transcripts belong to your workspace. They are never shared with other customers and never used to train public models. This page says what Scout holds, who can see it, and the controls you have. The Platform Terms and Privacy policy are the binding versions.

Interviews are transcribed; the transcript is what your team reads and what grading uses.
Who can see it
Everyone in your workspace, according to their role; see Team and permissions. Candidates see only their own interview status. Scout's support team accesses data only to support you.

Candidates' rights
A candidate who wants their data removed can ask you, and you can delete their record from the Candidates page or by asking Scout. For requests that need more than that, or to reach Scout directly, they can write to support@sendscout.ai.
Sending as you
Scout acts on your LinkedIn account on a standing instruction from you, at a human pace and within limits you set. You are the sender of every message, which is why every message is logged word for word and why opt-outs are honoured everywhere. Section 5 of the Platform Terms covers this in full.
